Our history

Emerald Café was born from a fond memory and a dream come true.

For many years, I used to visit my grandmother. She cooked with love, and after eating, we would sit on the couch and have a cup of coffee. In that simple moment, we shared stories, talked about life, family, friends… It was our ritual to connect, to be present with one another.

When I immigrated to the United States, I discovered an environment full of opportunities. A country where entrepreneurship is not only possible, but also part of its spirit. In the midst of that new beginning, the idea of starting my own business began to take shape.

And one day, it became clear to me: I wanted to create something that honored those moments with my grandmother. Something that invited pause, conversation, and connection.

This is how Emerald Caféwas born.
